Members of the Department of Materials at The Open University are
funded on an EPSRC project (Ref:
EP/G068305/1) to look at the
characterisation of high-chromium martensitic steels. Such materials
have the potential to be used in future high temperature
ultra-supercritical power plants. For further information, please
contact Professor John
Bouchard.
